Yellowstone National Park – Summer 2018

August 22-26.

Our 2018 Summer Tour in Yellowstone National Park will include visits to iconic locations as well as hidden treasures  in the world’s oldest national Park, established in 1872.

The park is almost 3500 square miles and represents the largest remaining nearly intact ecosystem in the northern temperate zone. It is a photography paradise with lakes, canyons, mountain ranges, rivers, wildlife, and half of the world’s geothermal features.

This tour involves relatively short hikes with modest elevation changes. Hikes in the Yellowstone Canyon area may involve approximately 500 ft elevation changes. An additional day hike is available to add to the itinerary for an approximately 8 mile hike (round trip) to a spectacular backcountry waterfall. This hike involves an 800 ft elevation change and is rated as moderate in difficulty. For convenience, participants should secure hotel reservations in West Yellowstone, MT.

This tour is limited to 6 participants and includes transportation from your West Yellowstone hotel to locations within the park. Some refreshments will be provided during the day. Hotel and meal costs are not included.

Tour price is $1495 when booked in advance of the tour date. An additional day is available for $300 which includes a full day hike to a backcountry waterfall. Click at right to purchase or make a deposit.
